Join Us at Corporate Run 2026 and Run for Expectant Mothers

On Sunday, 11 October, we're joining the 4th edition of the Corporate Run in Kampala, and you can join us too. betPawa Uganda has contributed UGX 10 million as a Silver Sponsor, our third year supporting the run.

Why This Run Matters

Uganda records more than 3,000 maternal deaths every year, and this year's run is about helping to change that. Organised by The Corporate Games in partnership with the Ministry of Health, it aims to raise funds for 5,000 Mama Kits for under-resourced health facilities. Each kit, worth UGX 50,000, gives a mother and her baby a safer start.

Why We're Backing It

“No woman should lose her life while giving life,” said Allan Tumushabe, betPawa Uganda Director. “Sport is how we meet Ugandans, and this run is how we give back beyond the pitch.”

Our team will be on the course too, running and walking alongside everyone taking part.

How to Join

You don't need to be an athlete. Walk the 3KM CEO Run, run the 5KM or 10KM, or take on the full 15KM. Workplace teams, HR departments and individuals are all welcome. Running kits cost UGX 30,000, and proceeds from kit sales and sponsorship go towards the Mama Kits.
